Jayesh Patel is an agile, results-driven global executive with more than 20 years of experience developing and executing growth strategies, expanding client relationships, and driving profitable revenue. Known for harnessing innovation to achieve core business goals, he leads the development and implementation of product and operational strategies focused on emerging technologies, consumer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.

Jayesh’s background includes engineering design, multinational product launch and commercialization, and sales and marketing with pioneering and transformational leadership. Through an authentic and credible style, Jayesh cultivates strong followership and has successfully integrated and led award-winning cross-functional global teams in companies known for innovation.

Most recently, Jayesh served as Chief Product Officer for Vonage, a publicly held cloud communications provider with $1.19B in revenues and more than 2,000 employees across the United States, Europe, Australia, and Asia. Promoted to this role by CEO, Jay led product management for the Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), and Communications API platform as a Service (CPaaS) product lines. With a team of more than 100 product managers, product owners, and UI designers spanning Israel, London, and across the United States, Jayesh partnered with the marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market and product launch plans. He revamped product lines for all major business units resulting in multiple industry product leadership awards (e.g., Frost and Sullivan, UC Today, Aragon Research). He also drove the post-acquisition portfolio diversification and the integration of infrastructure and applications, resulting in 240% growth in business revenues from 2016 to 2020.

Throughout his career, Jayesh has been tapped to lead integrations and consolidations of teams, products, service centers, and applications. This included the Motorola demerger and Motorola Mobility acquisitions by Google and Lenovo. In 2014, Jay led engineering teams to develop smartphone components as the Vice President of Engineering, Motorola Mobility for Lenovo. Previously, he had been retained post-acquisition by Google in 2012 as Vice President of Strategy, Motorola Mobility, leading an internal team of management consultants working across business functions to drive strategic plans for the business.

Jayesh has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
